This English translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the Serbian version of this policy prevails.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you place an order or write to us via the Dimljeni Začini website, the purposes for which we use it, whom we share it with and what your rights are. We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018).

1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data you leave us yourself, namely:

• When placing an order: full name, phone number, delivery address and city, postal code, email (optional) and a note. We need this data in order to process and deliver your order.
• When sending an enquiry: name, phone number, email (optional) and the message text — so that we can reply to you.

We do not collect payment card data — payment is exclusively cash on delivery, on receipt of the parcel.

3. Legal basis for processing

• We process order data in order to perform a contract (delivery of the ordered products).
• We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, or our legitimate interest in answering your question.

4. Whom we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. We share it only as far as necessary for the order to reach you:

• With the courier service — name, address and phone, solely for delivery.
• With the hosting and email provider — because the order is recorded on the server and sent to us by email.

5. Cookies and local storage

The site does not use tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools. Your cart is stored locally in your browser (in “local storage”), only on your device — this data is not sent to us until you place an order. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data or emptying the cart.

6. How long we keep data

We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting), and enquiries for as long as needed to resolve them. After that they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
• request deletion of data;
• restrict processing or object to processing;
• withdraw a given consent, without affecting processing before the withdrawal.

You exercise a request by contacting us via point 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update the policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
